1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By registering for an account, accessing our digital dashboards, or utilizing our autonomous drone infrastructure software, you accept these Terms in full. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or corporate entity, you represent and warrant that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Heardad LLP provides advanced aerospace technology solutions. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

3 USER ACCOUNTS AND HIGH-LEVEL SECURITY

Given the critical nature of digital airspace control, platform security is paramount.

4 AVIATION AND OPERATIONAL COMPLIANCE

Heardad LLP provides the digital infrastructure for airspace management; however, the physical operation of drones remains the sole responsibility of the user. You agree to:

• Obtain all necessary licenses, permits, and clearances before executing flight paths generated by our platforms.
• Ensure that hardware configurations (motors, electronic speed controllers, and flight controllers) are fully compatible with our software protocols.
• Avoid restricted airspace and adhere to operational safety guidelines during agricultural or commercial flights.

5 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content, software architectures, UI/UX designs, digital twin models, simulation algorithms, and corporate branding associated with Heardad LLP and Flyzo are the exclusive intellectual property of Heardad LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services for their intended operational purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, duplicate, or distribute our proprietary software, including our LATIC systems or custom ground control station applications, without explicit written consent.

6 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Heardad LLP, its founders, directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, hardware failure, drone loss, agricultural crop damage, or airspace compliance violations resulting from the use of the Flyzo platform or our flight path generators. The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

7 MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND TERMS

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time to deploy critical updates, enhance aerospace security, or comply with new aviation regulations. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms. Continued use of the Services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8 GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
